looks pretty good, I think UCLA is too high but other than that, good

I didn't think they'd rate UA 6th, I mean they obviously could finish there or higher but I didn't tihnk the media was hyping them that much

I just seen a stat that shows 30% of the time, a team that was picked to finish 6th or worse actually made it to the rose bowl. Two different times it was a team picked to finish 8th.

Good point whit. I think Washington State went from pre-season 10th to the Rose Bowl a few years back.

How sad is that to see Washington 10th? Remember when they were one of the best in the NCAA? How times have changed!

UCLA predicted 6th - 1993 Roses
Oregon predicted 8th - 1994 Roses
Washington State predicted 7th - 1997 Roses
Stanford predicted 8th - 1999 Roses

Not really. They mostly got it wrong because they picked UA to do well and we CHOKED!

Both years that the #8 team won it were both years that we were picked to win it. But where were teams 2-7?

What's wrong with UCLA? They weren't suppose to be good last year and they were. UCLA returns Markey, just as good as Drew, Olson was suppose to be the QB last year but barely lost job, and Dennis Keyes is going to be good this year at Safety. We still got Justin Medlock too, #1 kicker in Pac-10 IMO :005:

Markey is not as good as Drew. "Olson was suppose to be the best QB last year, but isn't. Your defense was terrible last year and you lost all of your best players on that side of the ball, i.e. Hevner.
edit: oh yeah, and i think the best kicker in the PAC goes to Serna.

drew was amazing last year and markey only averaged 5.1 yrds bc people focused on drew

and this olsn better than the old one? LOL the other olson had a huge, breakout season meaning he was MUCH better than this year's ben olson....ben olson's high school senior year was 2001...ya rusty?


and who's playing D? why dont you just give your opponent 7 points every drive and save us some time?

and medlock #1 kicker? over KICKER OF THE YEAR alexis serna, please and besides he's a f'ing kicker he wont help you he'll only hurt you cause you'll be settleing for field goals more and with your D that aint good

Markey is just as good as Drew running the ball, kick returning is a different story. Last year in the bowl game when Drew got hurt, Markey came in and we ran the ball better. I know our D was horrible last year but that was because our whole damn D-Line was hurt, we had 3rd String DT's in pretty much the whole year. Our D was young after the experienced guys, it had to learn on the job last year. You guys have forgot to mention that we returned every single WR and got another good WR coming in. Sure, Serna is good, but IMO Medlock has a stronger leg and can get more of the farther FG's.

You lost your starting QB who went to the NFL. You lost one of the best TE in the nation who went to the NFL. You lost a Jr. RB who was one of the best in the nation, who also went to the NFL. There is no way you can argue that your offense isn't going to take a step backwards this year.

your offense wont be as good, you got VERY lucky last year and you have no defense (not only no defense, a HORRIBLE defense)

suppose to what last year? lol you were predicted to do very well last year, not 10 wins but 8-9 wins which is i bet what you thought ucla would have as well

this year, ucla will do well in the beginning bc of the easy schedule then they will suuuuck
